To promote good youth practice by providing efficient and effective support for our member organisations

 To share knowledge and expertise, resources, funding and training opportunities for youth workers and members of their groups

To explore and create new resources and opportunities for young people in West Sussex

 To carry out advocacy work and to provide information and advice to member organisations on all aspects of voluntary youth work

 To provide opportunities for young people to express their views and influence the services offered to them

 To work in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations in West Sussex
