SITUATIONS VACANT in OUR SECTOR
 
Central Sussex YMCA: Vulnerable Young Person's Worker (Sexual Exploitation)
Salary £25,000 per annum, 37 hours per week, three year contract
This is a new post to identify, provide support and co-ordinate services to young people aged 13 - 25 who are identified as being vulnerable and at enhanced risk of sexual exploitation.
The post holder will work alongside a range of professionals including Sussex Police to protect young people from harm and support the professional system to respond more effectively.

Central Sussex YMCA/Mind in Brighton & Hove Right Here Programme
Right Here is an innovative national programme promoting positive emotional health and preventing mental ill health in young people.  Curently looking to fill two posts:
 
1     Right Here Activities Co-ordinator
30 hours per week, three year contract Salary £22,500 per annum, pro rata (based on a 37 hour week)
Sussex Central YMCA, in partnership with Mind in Brighton & Hove, and the Brighton & Hove CYPT, is looking to recruit a dynamic and organised individual to work with young people to provide various activities and programmes to build confidence, resilience and better emotional health.

2     Right Here Information & Publicity Co-ordinator
30 hours per week, three year contract NJC Scale 29-31 (currently £24,646 - £26,276 per annum, pro rata based on a 35 hour week)
Mind in Brighton & Hove, in partnership with Sussex Central YMCA, and the Brighton & Hove CYPT, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and organised individual to work with young people to promote and publicise the work of this new project.

Rhythmix: Workforce Development Consultant to manage MusicLeader South East.
Hours: Contract for 240 days (1st April 2010- 31st March)
Fee: £26,500 to £29,500 dependent on experience*
We are looking for an experienced individual who has an excellent grasp of professional development in the music sector and suitable initiative and vision to drive forward the launch and development phase of MusicLeader South East.
Financial and line management experience is required.
Closing date for applications is Monday 15th Feb at 5pm.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 23rd February in Brighton
