Sexting
If you have concerns that a child or young person may be receiving or even sending indecent images on their
mobile phone, you should talk to them about the consequences of their actions.
Make them aware that once the image has been sent, they have lost control of
that image and anyone can potentially have a look at it.
You can look at www.thinkuknow.co.uk for more information and
advice on some of the risks that you child could be taking and how to deal with
this.
If you are concerned that someone is sending your child indecent images or is
engaging with them inappropriately, you can report this by clicking on the CEOP Report Button

Help Gok Wan Get Body Confidence on the National Curriculum
As
part of the new series of Channel 4'sHow to Look Good Naked, Gok Wan has charged the
winner of Miss Naked Beauty 2008 - Shona Collins - with running a
petition to Parliament calling for a body confidence lesson to be
included in all school curriculums.

"We really need your help, and time is running out.
We need as many names as possible before Christmas, and, as of 26 October, the total was 28,390. The great news is that we're the fifth biggest petition on the Number 10 website - but we want to be number one!
This
means that, thanks to your help, things are moving in the right
direction; but, if we can go beyond this, we can get the petition even
more visible. Please ask your friends and family to help, and we can
climb even higher!"

Save
Childcare Vouchers!
Whilst the
removal of this scarcely taken up benefit would indeed penalise working
families, we are also concerned about the revenue stream of many of our VCS
projects in West Sussex that accept childcare vouchers to help working parents
pay for their children's activities.
WSCVYS
promotes the sector's take up of this benefit for both payment of activities as
well advocates for employers in the VCS and private sector to include the
benefit as part of their employee package.
Please add your name to the Downing Street petition.
