Sound Systems
WSCVYS has been working with the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services (NCVYS) to develop assessors and mentors to support the VCS in West Sussex accessing and obtaining the Sound Systems accreditation. This is a peer-accreditation scheme through which organisations can critically assess their policies, procedures and practices, and work towards gaining a kite mark which recognises the good work undertaken to keep young people in organisations as safe as possible. Organisations will strive to achieve standards which are outlined in the NCVYS publication Keeping it Safe
