Isabelle is the WSCVYS Workforce development Lead. Together with the Professional Learning Academy (PLA) she is working to improve access for the voluntary sector to staff and volunteer training and development opportunities.

Central to Isabelle's work is the development of our multi-agency training website providing improved access for the VCS to professional development opportunities - including a self assessment tool, listings of local and nation training and qualification delivery organisations.
